Alex interviews Mike Fata, the founder of Manitoba Harvest Hemp Foods, maker of the Hemp Heart product sold internationally.  The company has made two acquisitions (yes, two!) under Mike Fata's leadership, the second of which is for approximately half a BILLION dollars.

He created the hemp seed category and educated consumers on how to use them (in a smoothie, on yogurt, on a salad, in food). The Hemp Hearts are a nutritional powerhouse, with Omega 3/6/9, healthy fats, and protein.
