Monica is an HR Director/Restaurant Professional who also co-founded her film company called Grounded Haus Productions to bring authentic, diverse, and compelling contemporary stories to a platform near you. She is currently working on the pilot for a TV series and has a feature film written. Her goal is to finally get these made and distributed so that people can see it's never too late to follow a passion you had.
