This week in Seahawks news:

Seattle beats Vikings in an ugly game 21-7 (and by ugly, we apologize for the uniforms).  We're just one win from playoffs and we've got San Francisco this week.  No brainer, right?

Except Mychal Kendricks broke his tibia.  And what was happening with Russell?  And should we be concerned that the 49ers beat the Broncos?
