I, Vasundhara (Vasu) Tolia, represent a unique intersection of medicine and art. My transition from healing through medicine to healing through art has shaped my distinctive approach to creating transformative artwork. Drawing from my background as a tenured Professor of Pediatrics at Wayne State University, I create abstract and semi-abstract pieces that bridge the gap between scientific understanding and artistic expression. My work in acrylic and mixed media focuses on empowerment and healing, particularly in supporting neurodivergent individuals and promoting emotional well-being.
