Committed to continuous learning, Iks has pursued further studies, including a Doctorate in Business Administration from De La Salle University, Manila. His career has also included leadership roles at global companies such as HILTI, where he led as Head of Marketing, and at Midea and Toshiba, where he supported the growth of their local digital business.
Today, Iks serves as Vice President and People Growth and Productivity Champion at Converge ICT Solutions, Inc., contributing to the development of one of the Philippines' fastest-growing technology providers. Passionate about Agile HR practices, he founded Agile HR Philippines on LinkedIn to encourage best-practice sharing and collaboration within the field."
