Meeting the man with the mission of navigating the Chartered Institute of Ergonomics and Human Factors through the next five years. Dr Noorzaman Rashid is the recently appointed Chief Executive and has a mission to take the Institute through the next part of its journey. 

Noorzaman took some time to sit down with Barry prior to one of the Council meetings to discuss his background, his drive and motivation as well as an overview of the strategy for the next 5 years.
