The process to crate Flor de Caña rum is simply incredible. It is the world's only sustainably produced rum.

The sugarcane is grown by the company a the base of San Cristobel volcano, the largest most active volcano in Nicaragua. It is also Fair-Trade and Carbon Neutral certified.
