Former banker LG Han is the Chef and owner of Labyrinth, a new expression of Singapore cuisine.

The Four-time Michelin-star restaurant is lauded as one of the top restaurants in Singapore and 70 to 80 per cent of the menu at Labyrinth relies on produce sourced from local farms.
