Mariana Campos D'Almeida, is the Head Chef at The Butcher's Wife, a natural wine bar and restaurant located in Tiong Bahru.

Born in Brazil, Mariana moved to the Republic in late 2019 and brought with her a whole lot of personality and flavour to the restaurant. 

Adrian Abraham speaks to Mariana about why she moved Singapore, some of the must try dishes on the menu and how the restaurant has evolved since her arrival.
