Imagine starting a business during the circuit breaker in Singapore amid the pandemic, individuals would have stayed well clear of this idea. However Leon Tan and Frank Shen had other ideas. The duo opened up laut, a restaurant and bar concept located at 17 Stanley street, largely centred around South East Asian cultures, heritage and ingredients.
