Adrian Abraham speaks to Govinda Rajan, Head Chef and owner of Mr. Biryani, an Indian restaurant best known for serving Hyderabadi Dum Biryani. He explains  the inspiration behind the Firetop Claypot  Dum Biryani, the transition from a delivery business to a restaurant and of course, what's on the menu.

Additionally he's giving away 1000 biryanis this Deepavali to the migrant workers.
