Bobby Conn is the founder of 12 Bars of Charity, an annual pub crawl during the holidays that raises money for hometown charities. The event began in Clayton, MO in 2012 and has since grown to include over 15 cities across the US and has raised over $750,000 for local charities. Some notable local charities that participate in the event are Stray Rescue of Saint Louis, Autism Speaks, St. Louis Hero Network and Dudes for St. Judes. This isn’t the only event Conn spearheads, his company One80 Entertainment hosts various events throughout the year ranging from NYE parties at the Chase Park Plaza to hosting a tent during Mardi Gras. After dropping out of college over ten years ago, he attributes his success to the opportunities people awarded him and his determination to get to where he is today.
