Hey everyone, we're back with another episode but this time we are addressing the sensitive topic of mental health. Tired? Drained? Dehydrated? Sound familiar? Mental health comes in many different shapes and sizes and sometimes it isn't always distinguishable. In this episode, we address our personal experiences in architecture, how we experienced and dealt with our stresses and where we currently are now, post-graduation with our mental health. If you are experiencing extreme levels of stress, please reach out to your friends, family or local GP, but most importantly do not deal with this alone.
