This week we chat to Anders Winum. 

Anders is the director of sales and marketing at the Sheraton Grand Park Lane in London, he has served in many roles in Marriott, from working in event management, running a restaurant, pro-active sales and re-active sales, representing multiple hotels to leading sales teams at one hotel, Anders career has been varied and hence the reason for wanting to chat to him about it on this podcast

We chat for around 45 minutes, you will tell that Anders is a bit of a history buff too,, we talk about the great St. Pancras Renaissance and the history behind the building, the Spice Girls and the roaring 1920s in London.

Anders is a wealth of information, incredibly passionate about sales and really driven to succeed, he has been lucky to work with some incredible people but he also recognises that people took a chance on him at the start.
