Rich is a busy guy, he is also the Founder and CEO of RTS hospitality, he also sits on the New York Board Advisors and the Hospitality Council for Ronald McDonald House Charities and on the board of Hotel Experience show.
He has also led the American strategy for a European Digital Marketing Agency, has built his own agencies in the UK, led the global strategy for call marketing companies. He has also been a guest speaker at Boston University.
