So many production meetings over craft cocktails. ALISON’S 10K DAY - PATAGONIA, CHILE: (17:55) It's winter in Patagonia so Alison does a little shopping, at, you guessed it. Travel company Explora has a hotel in Patagonia and you guys, their rates include EVERYTHING. Transportation is problematic, so Alison hired a driver. The spanish pronunciations get even better. Breakfast at Wake Up Café de Especialidad. A preview hike in Torres del Paine National Park, pretty much THE reason to go to Patagonia. Picnic Lunch from Patagonia Food. The amenities at the Tierra Patagonia Spa are irresistible. Lastly, Alison dined and star-gazed at The Singular. LULU’S 10K DAY - MACHU PICCHU, PERU: (32:30) You don’t go here for endless options of things to do, you go to experience the World Heritage Site. The only resort allowed so close to the historic sanctuary, the Inkaterra Machu Picchu Pueblo Hotel is luxury ecotourism at its best. The Apu Machu Picchu Excursion took her to the Sun Gate, a must see. Cloud Forest - Clouds? Fog? Who knows. Lulu was adventurous with the local cuisine at Pacha Papa. Alison’s not here for it.
