The current business environment is not one we can mitigate with the current mindset of traditional business management systems, fear of creativity and innovation and being reactive instead of proactive. These mindsets are not producing the type of results we expect; hence there is a need for a change. Entrepreneurs must unlearn traditional business methods for new ones if they want to be competitive.
