The premiers and the prime minister met in Ottawa to hammer out a new funding agreement that many hope will address some real pressure points in our health-care system.

Ultimately, the deal amounts to about $200 billion, but will that be enough to address the strain on hospitals, or get Canadians better access to doctors?
