The suspect charged with assaulting a subway cleaner who stepped in to help straphangers makes his court appearance at a Bronx courthouse.  There is an increase in calls to reform the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn. The 9/11 Tribute Museum is closing Wednesday.
