But the thing is you didn’t just start doing this
I don’t look like what I do now because of what I'm doing now

When you idolize people – think about what THEY would do

Iv never trained for “tone” I trained to get stronger and bad ass

NEWBIES SEE THE QUICKEST RESULTS
