Often serving as “outside in-house counsel,” I work with many different types of healthcare providers, including, but not limited to, clinics, hospitals, individual providers, DME providers, and clinical laboratories on a wide array of day-to-day regulatory compliance and reimbursement matters. Since 2012, I have proudly represented providers who specialize in reproductive health and abortion services. I am also sometimes asked to advise on policy and legislative advocacy efforts related to healthcare, primarily regarding abortion, licensure, scope of practice, and reimbursement.
