IronDad stumbled across 100% Dad while we were in Palm Springs, California. I had flown out to Maryland to help a family member with some things and he started blowing up my phone. We got to meet the night I flew back, but unfortunately, I was due to pull out and travel to Arizona the next day. For this interview, we reconnected while I was in Zion National Park in UTAH.   

IRONDAD has a really interesting story. He admits his shortcomings and made HUGE changes in his life after hitting the bottom. He had a son who didn't want to see him, a drinking problem, and a weight problem. In an effort to make things right he swung the pendulum completely the other way and his story is quite remarkable.
