010_ Mike Staresinic returns to the swamp to talk about Ukraine. Mike has many years of experience working in Ukraine in support of cities and communities. He is currently working with a team that is on the ground in Eastern Ukraine. Mike has invested much of his professional life helping the Ukrainians. What is happening today is difficult for him to absorb even with all his experience in the country. In this episode, he will share his candid thoughts and feelings about the situation. He will also talk about how we can help.
