004 Nita Baum joins us in the Swamp to share two leadership journeys she is navigating. The first journey is as Founder of B*Free, a consultancy that partners with organizations to transform Workplaces to HealingSpaces for greater equity, humanity and sustainable wellbeing. This is big work and Nita talks about why it matters and what she has learned about helping organizations transform.

Nita's is also on a simultaneous journey as Board President of Solar Responders, whose mission is to equip first responder stations with renewable backup energy systems so no lives are lost because first responders lack electricity in Puerto Rico, an island plagued by earthquakes, storms, and a fragile energy grid.  More big work.

Either of these roles is a full time gig and yet Nita is leading both with grace and commitment. Learn how she manages these projects and models what she advocates.
