Nikhil is a Partner in Corporate practice at Trilegal. He has a fairly diverse practice portfolio encompassing mergers and acquisitions, venture capital (equity and debt), private equity, joint ventures, general corporate advisory, external commercial borrowing, debt syndication and structured debt. He also specialises in structuring transactions to ensure compliance with foreign exchange regulations, corporate laws and tax efficiency based on appropriate advice from tax advisors.
