1. Invest in women. Coaching is so much more than leading a team – we have the opportunity to empower women not only in athletics but all those around us. Happiness does not depend on anyone else; you are capable of going for anything.
2. Bring your team together. Consider all of the moving parts of your organization rather than just your players – the coaching staff, department, support team – to ignite that power of team and help them realize their strengths.
3. Elevate and inspire. Having your 3D life in alignment personally, professionally, and philanthropically is huge wining strategy so we do not get caught up in solely our professional lives. Giving hope doesn’t have to be of great magnitude; it is a gift we can give at any time to anyone.
