A recent research study confirmed something that I have been

sharing with clients for years.  That is,
when you make your own food at home you’re in a better position to take control
of what you eat.  The study found that
those who cooked regularly, where generally healthier and lived longer than
those who cooked infrequently or not at all. 
In this episode, I’ll share with you some of my simple tips for making
quick healthy meals in ten minutes or less.
