"A goal without a plan is just a wish"

I realise that sometimes we have to hear things more than once for absorb all the information, it's what I coach my students on all the time within my programs, if you want your clients to buy retail or extra services from you, you need to remind them what you sell, over and over.  So, that's what we are doing this week, we are revisiting an episode from this time last year because it was so dang good and so relevant to business today.  

This is our "business planning blueprint" episode, which is all about planning for your holiday season.  You know your gal here is all about the planning and the key roll that it plays in our business all year round, but at the holiday season when life outside and inside the salon gets a little cra-cra, we need to have our plans nailed down as soon as we can.  So, this episode is full of tips for holiday promotion planning, I want you to have a stellar holiday season filled with abundant profits, and purpose being fulfilled.
