In the aftermath of the Elections, Satsuki and all of Honnouji Academy prepare for a massive military campaign, but Ryuko rests at the Mankanshoku household, traumatized over her transformation. Also Mako meets a new character who is suspiciously intruding into the plot and trying to get Ryuko back into the fray. Will he succeed? Who even is he anyways? He literally appears out of nowhere for this episode it's weird.
