Is it time to trust in the Covid vaccinations and whatever herd immunity we have built up and stop wearing masks - at least outdoors? A number of states have listed mask mandates. Shouldn't the Biden Administration follow suit and stop sending mixed messages about the efficacy of the vaccinations?
