Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsberg has shed her mortal coil leaving an immense vacancy on the U.S. Supreme Court. Within 15 minutes of her death, Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer was tweeting we need to wait until after the election to fill her seat. Neither President Trump nor Majority Leader Mitch McConnell appear to be hesitating in getting the nomination and confirmation process rolling. Should they wait?
