Hallie Brown graduated from Baylor University in 2014 with BBA’s in Finance and Entrepreneurship with previous experience in real estate research and economic development. Shortly after she moved to Austin and started working with a local Texas owner-operator to help manage his existing lines of business and expand into new areas of interest. During her time there, she learned property management of SFR and multifamily properties, how to source off-market SFR leads and assisted in fix and flip operations while helping onboard new team members and help create processes and operations manuals.
