On today's 1 in 4, I talk with Kendall Platt. Kendall and I have known each other since the first Mental Health Mates- Reading walk back in May 2019. We bonded over chat of motherhood, anxiety and gardening. Since then Kendall has left her job and is now working, full-time, on her passion project, Adventures with Flowers, so it's great to catch up and share her story here.
