Vineet is working as a Director of Research & Insights at Havas (at the time of this recording). Havas is part of the big 6 media agencies.

Vineet is surprisingly a chemical engineering major, who experienced an internship in a market research agency. That changed his perspective, and he challenged himself to grow beyond his parent's pressures, to pursue a career that he really likes.

He started his journey in Taylor Nelson Sofres, as an Senior Research Executive, then moved to MediaCom as a Senior Business Manager, Senior Manager Insights before Havas. In Havas he was a Senior Manager, before Associate Director Research & Insights, and now Director of Research & Insights.

All this while he never left the grueling agency life, and today we'll find out why.
