Jie Lun Ong is working as a Director of Ventures APAC in Plug and Play.

He started his journey in a prestigious bank - Standard Chartered.

Having graduated from NUS NOC cohort Shanghai 11, he always knew that he had an affinity with the start up world. After Standard Chartered he quickly returned back to his passion, experimenting with start ups before landing a role as SPH Plug and Play accelerator program.

That opened up an opportunity to land a role as a Manager Operations APAC in Plug and Play, where he made it as a Director Ventures APAC in 3 years.
