-23)   Opening: We are called to pursue unity in Christ Jesus.  우리는 예수 그리스도 안에서 하나 됨을 이루도록 부름을 받았습니다.    Becoming one through His Word 말씀을 통해서 하나 됨을 이루게 됩니다. “I do not ask for these only, but also for those who will believe in me through their word 내가 비옵는 것은 이 사람들만 위함이 아니요 또 그들의 말로 말미암아 나를 믿는 사람들도 위함이니” (v.20)   “And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we have seen his glory, glory as of the only Son from the Father, full of grace and truth. 말씀이 육신이 되어 우리 가운데 거하시매 우리가 그의 영광을 보니 아버지의 독생자의 영광이요 은혜와 진리가 충만하더라.” (John 1:14)   “So that the world may believe that you have sent me. 세상으로 아버지께서 나를 보내신 것을 믿게 하옵소서.” (v.21)   Becoming one through His glory 영광을 통해서 하나 됨을 이루게 됩니다. “The glory that you have given me I have given to them, that they may be one even as we are one. 내게 주신 영광을 내가 그들에게 주었사오니 이는 우리가 하나가 된 것 같이 그들도 하나가 되게 하려 함이니이다.” (v.22)   The glory of the world (세상의 영광) vs. The glory of Christ (예수님의 영광)   “After this I looked, and behold, a great multitude that no one could number, from every nation, from all tribes and peoples and languages, standing before the throne and before the Lamb, clothed in white robes, with palm branches in their hands. 이 일 후에 내가 보니 각 나라와 족속과 백성과 방언에서 아무도 능히 셀 수 없는 큰 무리가 나와 흰 옷을 입고 손에 종려 가지를 들고 보좌 앞과 어린 양 앞에 서서” (Revelations 7:9)   Becoming one through His Mission 사명을 통해서 하나 됨을 이루게 됩니다. “So that the world may know that you sent me and loved them even as you loved me. 아버지께서 나를 보내신 것과 또 나를 사랑하심 같이 그들도 사랑하신 것을 세상으로 알게 하려함이로소이다.” (v.23)   Closing: The power of unity overcomes the world 하나 됨을 이루는 능력이 세상을 이겨냅니다.
